Andhra Pradesh has witnessed a significant breakthrough in promoting religious tourism by transforming Tirupati, a major Hindu spiritual center, into an international spiritual township spanning 600 acres. Della Group has taken the lead in this endeavor with an investment of around INR 3 billion. The township, intended to unveil five millennia of Hindu history to the global audience, stands out as the primary attraction through its exhibition.
A mega project conceived to elevate Tirupati into a world-class spiritual tourism destination is swiftly taking shape near the Renigunta Airport on privately-owned land. Della Group representatives have informed officials about the commencement of construction for the international spiritual township covering 600 acres with an investment of INR 3 billion. To expedite the construction of this spiritual township, which will include spiritual and cultural centers, medical wellness facilities, adventure parks, leadership development programs, and premium real estate components, Della Group delegates met with State Revenue Minister Anagani Satyaprasad at the Secretariat in Amaravati.
The first international exhibition that will unveil five millennia of Hindu cultural history to the world is being planned in Tirupati, near the Renigunta Airport, where Della Group has already acquired 600 acres for the construction of the spiritual township. The project representatives shared details with State Minister Anagani Satyaprasad and highlighted the significance of hosting the exhibition as the main attraction of the project. The integrated international township, Vasudaika Kutumbam, will house various facilities, including spiritual and cultural centers, medical wellness centers, adventure parks, leadership development programs, and high-end real estate components, aiming to transform Tirupati into a global tourist hub, as acknowledged by Della Group representatives.
The collaboration with the government has been positively acknowledged by State Minister Anagani Satyaprasad in response to an announcement made by Della Group representatives. The Andhra Pradesh government in support of promoting the spiritual tourism sector in AP has indicated fast-track approval for all permissions required for this project’s completion. Additionally, Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is expected to discuss the project further with the representatives of Della Group.
