Pakistan and Egypt Strengthen Collaboration in Key Sectors

Pakistan and Egypt have agreed to deepen collaboration in political dialogue, defence, trade, and counterterrorism efforts following high-level talks in Islamabad on Monday. The announcement was made during a joint press conference by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Ahmed Mohamed Abdelatty at the Foreign Office. Dar emphasized that the visit aimed to solidify bilateral ties, highlighting Egypt’s significance as a key partner in the Muslim world. Both parties have pledged to expand political engagement, bolster economic partnerships, and strengthen defence cooperation.
