Major Earthquake Threat in Punjab! Chandigarh, Amritsar, and Jalandhar at Risk in these Areas

Recent studies have revealed a major earthquake threat looming over the state of Punjab. Using advanced scientific techniques such as GPS data and Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Assessment (PSHA), researchers have identified areas such as Chandigarh, Amritsar, and Jalandhar as being at risk. The main objective of this research is to ensure the safety of the population by providing early warnings and preparedness measures. With the recent unfortunate incident in Amritsar resulting in 21 deaths and deteriorating conditions in Jalandhar, the urgency of this warning becomes even more critical.
