A similar incident occurred at four courts and two CRPF schools in Delhi, where bomb threats were made. In another alarming development, three schools in Delhi were also targeted with bomb threats, adding to the growing list of such incidents in the region. Punjab witnessed a crackdown by the police on 391 drug hotspots, resulting in a number of arrests. The situation in the state remains tense.
The Delhi government made a significant decision to put a halt to certain activities in schools and colleges until November-December. In Manipur, a bomb threat loomed over the Sangai festival, with three terrorists being apprehended.
