BR-381: Flooding Shuts Down Highway at BH’s Exit

The BR-381, at Belo Horizonte’s exit near Beija-Flor gas station, is closed this Wednesday morning (12/3) due to flooding caused by last night’s heavy rain. According to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), the congestion in the area has already reached 10 km in both directions. A bus broke down after attempting to pass through the accumulated water on the road. Drivers report on social media that small cars cannot cross the flooded area, with only large vehicles like buses and trucks being able to pass through.
