Southeast Asia is currently experiencing a wave of severe floods, with late storms and relentless rains wreaking havoc in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Thailand. The death toll has surpassed 1,400, and over 1,000 people are still missing in the aftermath of floods and landslides. Entire villages in Indonesia remain isolated due to infrastructure damage, while thousands in Sri Lanka face water scarcity.
