The draw for the FIFA World Cup 2026 group stage has been announced, to be held in Washington D.C., with the USA, Canada, and Mexico co-hosting the tournament next year. For the first time, the tournament will feature 48 teams, divided into 12 different groups. The biggest matchups are expected in Group A, where France will compete against Norway and Senegal. The defending champion Argentina is placed in Group J, while Brazil will face teams like Scotland and Morocco in Group C. Host nation America is grouped with Australia and Paraguay in Group D.
