In India, the largest airline IndiGo is currently facing issues with flight cancellations and refunds, the government is dealing with the crisis sternly. Details received from the Ministry of Civil Aviation shed light on this matter. From November 21 to December 7, IndiGo refunded a total of 827 crore rupees worth of tickets. Between these two weeks, a total of 9 lakh 55 thousand 591 tickets were cancelled. Just in one week, from December 1 to December 7, refunds were made for 6 lakh tickets (569 crores).
