Indonesia Reveals Images of First Panda Cub Born in the Country; Check it out

The Taman Safari Indonesia zoo revealed, on Sunday (12/7), images of the first panda cub born in the country. According to the zoo, the cub is male, and the birth was the ‘result of meticulous and scientifically guided effort carried out by the TSI Life Sciences team, in close partnership with the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda.’ The zoo informed on social media that the cub’s name is Satrio Wiratama, chosen by President Prabowo Subianto. The cub was born on November 27, but the photos were only shared recently. The mother, 15-year-old Hu Chun, gave birth in Cisarua, West Java province.
