Brazil presents results of BRICS presidency

The fourth and final meeting of the political negotiators of BRICS, known as sherpas, began on Thursday (11) in Brasília, bringing together representatives of the eleven member countries to evaluate the results achieved throughout 2025. The meeting aimed to review the progress made and discuss future strategies for the group. Opening the meeting, Brazil’s Sherpa highlighted the importance of cooperation among the BRICS countries in addressing global challenges. ‘We have made significant strides in various areas, including trade, finance, and technology,’ he said.
