Amidst the apple orchards of Gaofu Kou Village, Fuping Town, Fuping County, Baoding, Hebei, Dr. Zhou Zongshan from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences is busy. Since 2021, Dr. Zhou has been providing technical guidance and support for the fruit industry in Fuping. In his view, research needs to be carried out in the fields.
