More than 70 people were killed Tuesday night in the Herat province, western Afghanistan, in a collision involving a bus carrying migrants returning from Iran, a truck, and a motorcycle, according to a new toll from local authorities. The bus caught fire after the crash. The victims were migrants who were heading back to their hometowns in Afghanistan.
