Get to know LG’s new gaming monitor

The gaming market has another monitor with advanced technology to call its own: the LG UltraGear GX9 OLED Curved Dual Mode 5K2K. It arrives in Brazil with high praise as it was recognized with the ‘Best of Innovation’ award at CES 2025, considered the world’s largest consumer electronics show.
The GX9 is equipped with the same operating system as LG’s smart TVs, allowing you to watch movies, series, and listen to music without depending on a computer, laptop, or phone. The UOL Shopping Guide tested the release for a few minutes, and here are our initial impressions. The launch is available for pre-order at R$14,999.00.
For demanding gamers.
Updated curved panel. The new UltraGear GX9 features the same 45-inch ultrawide OLED screen (21:9) as the LG 45GS95QE-B model, which was previously the brand’s most advanced in Brazil, but it increases the pixels from 3,440 x 1,440 to 5,120 x 2,160 pixels.
