Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) encompasses all forms of cultural expressions that are intangible but are alive and transmitted from generation to generation. These can include oral traditions, performing arts, customs, and local wisdom passed down through the ages. Trenggalek’s rich cultural heritage has been recognized through the designation of three cultural works as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia 2024. These include the Baritan Customary Ceremony, Nyadran Dam Bagong, and Kupatan Durenan.
