Unanimously, with 35 votes in favor, Francisco de la Torre Galindo was ratified by the Permanent Commission. During the ceremony, De la Torre expressed his gratitude to Mayor Sheinbaum for her support and to Foreign Minister De la Fuente for the opportunity to represent Mexico in Indonesia.
