Since the signing, specialists from both companies have been working together in St. Petersburg on reconfiguring existing equipment, installing new machinery, training staff, fine-tuning logistics chains, and more. During the summer, equipment from Tolyatti was transferred to the former Nissan plant, now named “Avtozavod Sankt-Peterburg”, to prepare for the production of Lada Iskra kits.
