The Danish Foreign Ministry has stated that, based on intelligence reports, American citizens have been conducting secret influence activities in Greenland. Denmark has summoned the US charge d’affaires for talks regarding this issue. According to Denmark’s national broadcaster, at least 3 individuals linked to the Trump administration are reportedly engaged in secret influence operations in Greenland with the aim of securing Greenland’s independence from Denmark and joining the United States. Subsequently, the diplomat was summoned for a meeting.
