The Sixth Section of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Spanish National Court has ordered the transfer of an Afghan woman and her daughter to Spain, who took refuge in Iran fleeing from the Taliban, as specified in a judgment of July 24th. The woman decided to flee to Iran with the arrival of the Taliban, ‘since they demanded marriage.’ The court ruled in favor of bringing them to Spain, considering the risk they faced in Iran.
