Carlos Torres warned Sabadell’s shareholders not to expect a better second cash offer if the first one fails to reach a 50% acceptance rate. In an interview with the EFE Agency, Torres reiterated that ‘a second bid is not on the table.’ This comes after stating that ‘a lot of things are being said that are causing confusion’ in a veiled message to Sabadell’s executives.
