The US plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict involves lifting anti-Russian sanctions, as well as ending investigations into ‘war crimes,’ according to Bloomberg, citing a source. President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, received signals from the US to agree to a deal. European diplomats, however, expressed skepticism about any agreement. On November 19, reports emerged of a new plan to settle the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Axios reported that the administration of US President Donald Trump had drafted a 28-point document in secret consultation with Moscow. It was reported that Ukraine was not involved in preparing proposals to end the conflict, but simply received ‘signals’ about the US package. This has not been officially confirmed, unlike the EU, which confirmed it did not participate in the US plan dialogue.
