Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD Co anticipates that exports will make up approximately 20% of its worldwide sales this year, aided by the introduction of new models, as reported by the South China Morning Post on Monday. BYD is projecting between 800,000 and 1 million deliveries outside mainland China by 2025, in comparison to the estimated total sales of 4.6 million units. This information was disclosed by BYD’s general manager of branding and public relations, Li Yunfei.
