Moscow. November 21. INTERFAX.RU – Rosfinmonitoring has included recognized foreign agents, writer Victor Shenderovich, and former owner of Euroset, Evgeny Chichvarkin, in the list of organizations and individuals for whom there is information about their involvement in extremist activities or terrorism. In addition to them, former St. Petersburg legislative assembly deputy Maxim Reznik, also recognized as a foreign agent in Russia, has been listed. According to the law, banks freeze the assets of the individuals on this list and suspend services. Shenderovich and Chichvarkin reside outside of Russia. Last October, they became defendants in a case involving the seizure of power and the organization of a terrorist community being investigated by the FSB. The case is linked to their involvement in the ‘Antimilitary Committee of Russia,’ which has been deemed undesirable in Russia. According to the FSB, the committee’s goal is ‘a violent seizure of power and a change in the constitutional structure of the Russian Federation.’
