From today, liquor and meat shops will remain closed in certain districts of Punjab. The strict orders have been issued for these areas. In Punjab’s Kapurthala and Fagwara, liquor and meat shops will be shut down to mark the occasion of the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji. The closure will be in place on the specified dates. The decision aims to uphold the reverence for the significant historical event.
