FIFA Announces Schedule and Locations for World Cup Matches; Brazil Debuts in NY

The FIFA announced the schedule and locations for all matches of the 2026 World Cup on Saturday. Therefore, the Brazilian national team already knows that they will be playing their matches in New York, Miami, and Philadelphia. Now, the team knows the schedules and locations of these matches. The debut, for example, will be in New York at 7 PM (Brasília time). Brazil will also face Scotland at this time in Miami, and play against Haiti at 10 PM in Philadelphia. The final will take place at 4 PM (Brasília time) on July 19th in New York. The draw took place yesterday in Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States. There, Brazil learned their opponents in the group stage: Morocco, Haiti, and Scotland. The order of the matches was also defined during the draw. Ancelotti and his team will debut against Morocco on June 13th, then face Haiti, and close the group stage against Scotland. As the matches will be held in three different cities, it is highly likely that the team will set up their base camp in a common location. The Brazilian Football Confederation will confirm this soon.
