Although the rain has stopped and water levels are receding in most regions. Two people are still missing. The heavy rains inundated the capital of the Indonesian peninsula, forcing more than 500 people to escape to higher ground. The situation has prompted the government to launch rescue and relief efforts for the affected population. The floods have caused significant damage to infrastructure, homes, and businesses, leaving many residents in dire conditions.
