Starting today, the government’s 3-day thought camp in Dharampur, Valsad, will commence at 2:30 PM. The 12th thought camp brings together chief minister, ministers, and 241 high-ranking officials. Discussions and deliberations on various topics, including the main five issues, will take place during the camp.
Policies and public health, service sector growth and diversification, capacity building for a developed Gujarat, public safety and law-enforcement, green energy, environment, and sustainability are the focus areas. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, along with cabinet members, senior secretaries, and other high-ranking officials, traveled from Ahmedabad to Valsad by the ‘Vande Bharat’ superfast train, arriving to a warm welcome. The camp’s opening ceremony will take place at Dharampur near Shri Mad Rajchandra Ashram, featuring presentations, Q&A sessions, review of action plans, and guidance on new policies. Officials will present their fieldwork reports and address challenges during the camp. The camp will conclude on November 29, with officials receiving the ‘Yoga Day award’ for outstanding performance.
