In a high-security British prison, Wakefield, a brutal punishment was carried out on a lifer killer. The incident was reported by The Nightly. According to the investigation, three inmates took justice into their own hands against 33-year-old Kyle Bevan, who in 2020 murdered two-year-old Lola James, inflicting 101 injuries on the girl. The morning before, the prison guards found the criminal lifeless in his cell, leading law enforcement authorities to initiate an investigation. The authorities of West Yorkshire confirmed that it was indeed his cellmates who took action against the convicted murderer, who were arrested on suspicion of murder. Bevan had been sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 28 years, with the court noting his complete lack of remorse. He had attempted to cover up the crime by staging the girl’s fall down the stairs.
