Iranian Revolutionary Guards have confirmed the arrest of eight individuals in northeastern Iran on suspicion of espionage activities. In addition to apprehending the suspects, authorities also confiscated materials used in the manufacturing of weapons. The detainees are believed to have been trying to transmit sensitive information, such as the coordinates of strategic locations and details about high-ranking military officials, to Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency.
