Discussions with Iran on its nuclear program are at a ‘rather difficult turning point,’ acknowledged the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi on Monday. Tehran threatened on Saturday to suspend its cooperation, following the UN Security Council’s approval last week for the reimposition of international sanctions against Iran, set to take effect on Sunday in the absence of an agreement to regulate the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program.
