The report states that Russia has earned a total of 92,300 crores from exporting fossil fuels. Of this amount, 21,200 crores have come from European Union countries, while only 12.1 billion euros (12,100 crores) have come from India, which is roughly half. President Donald Trump’s tariffs on these exports have been less than 1/3 of the total earnings.
