Israel has responded to the attacks by the Houthi militia by targeting one of their key figures. Although Prime Minister al-Rahaui did not hold much real power, his death is a significant blow to the Islamists. The airstrike took place in Yemen and resulted in the killing of several government members of the Houthi militia. The strike was carried out in response to continued aggression from the Houthi rebels.
