JA Solar has recently inked two module supply contracts with JUWI Renewable Energies for two significant solar power projects in South Africa, with a combined capacity of 220MWac. These projects, the 100MW Sonvanger Solar Plant and the 120MW Paarde Valley PV2 project, are designed for major industrial consumers such as Glencore, Sasol, and Air Liquide. Both projects are set to utilize around 420,000 units of JA Solar’s high-efficiency DeepBlue 4.0 Pro modules.
