In Karnataka, a CCTV video of a BJP leader’s son berating a toll booth employee in an uncivil manner has gone viral. The incident took place at a toll plaza on the Vijayapura-Kalaburagi highway. The leader’s son, Samarth Gaonkar, was seen verbally assaulting the employee, using offensive language and even resorting to violence. Gaonkar’s friends, who were with him, also attacked the employee.
