The company revealed details about the stock split, bonus issue, and the record date set as November 11. The company’s exchange filing indicated that in the recent board meeting, the company’s law was approved for a 1:2 stock split in line with section 61 of the 2013 statute with a face value of Rs. 10, splitting an equity share of Rs. 5 face value into 2 shares. The decision on shareholders eligible for the stock split was set on November 11, 2025. On the same front, in the same meeting, a 1:1 bonus issue was also approved for a record date slated for November 11, 2025. Those eligible for the stock split will receive a free equity share with a face value of Rs. 5.
