Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in northwest Pakistan, saw a police convoy targeted by an IED blast on Sunday, injuring three police personnel, including an officer. The attack took place in Hangoo district, according to district police officer Khan Zaib Khan. The police personnel had returned from a peace committee meeting when their convoy was hit. The meeting, held in Karbogha Sharif village, was attended by police chief Abdul Samad Khan, deputy superintendent Mujahid Hussain, and other officials.
