American automaker Ram has officially reintroduced the legendary HEMI engine to the 1500 pickup lineup. Production of the 5.7-liter V8 eTorque has begun at the Michigan factory, with the first vehicles already shipped to dealerships. A year ago, Ram decided to discontinue the HEMI V8 in favor of the newer eTorque version, but customer feedback prompted the company to reverse course and bring back the iconic engine.
