Russian TENET Brand Releases 30,000 Vehicles: How it Grew So Quickly

At the AGR Holding plant in Kaluga, the 30,000th TENET brand car has rolled off the assembly line. For a plant that started production only in July 2025, this is a significant milestone – growth rates exceeded expectations. In my opinion, TENET is demonstrating one of the most dynamic starts among new players in the Russian market, and this speed is largely explained by the well-organized full cycle.

In just a few months, the enterprise has launched the serial production of three crossovers – TENET T4, T7, and T8. Production includes welding, painting, and assembly with multi-level quality control. The level of automation in welding operations has reached 90%, allowing for precise maintenance of body geometry and reducing the risk of production defects.

Prior to the start of serial production, a comprehensive testing program was conducted. Over 200 test bodies were manufactured at the plant and checked against 2,100 parameters: measuring geometry on optical stands, strength testing in the laboratory, and analysis of welded and adhesive joints. This approach confirms the correctness of the technology and compliance with standards.

Special attention was given to adapting the models to Russian conditions. The bottom and hidden cavities are treated with wax compositions, and the body receives reinforced anti-noise, anti-gravel, and anti-corrosion coatings. This increases the lifespan of the vehicles and enhances resistance to aggressive environments.

The production of 30,000 cars was a significant milestone for the engineering and production teams. The project continues to evolve, with TENET strengthening its presence in the market, positioning itself as a mature local manufacturer.
