The Minister of Tourism, Celso Sabino (Union Brasil), informed the party’s executive committee that he will officially leave office this Friday (26). He is still awaiting a meeting with President Lula to formalize his departure. Last week, Sabino had already informed the president of his intention to resign, citing party pressure. However, Lula asked him to wait for his return from New York, after attending the UN General Assembly. Despite having arrived in Brasilia in the early hours of Thursday (25), the president has not yet scheduled a meeting with Celso Sabino.
