In Washington, a student from Mississippi joined the Tipa city in the state of America in 1993, after fleeing from her home. Later, Charles Crawford, 59, committed a crime by raping and killing that student. Crawford was found guilty of the crime after poisoning the student with a glass of wine. The criminal was later executed by lethal injection in Florida after being sentenced to death. The incident shocked the community in Tipa City and raised concerns about the safety of students in America.
