The risk of war is increasing: the return of sanctions against Iran raises fears of the worst

The noose tightens around Iran. Due to the lack of agreement between European powers and Tehran, and with negotiations with the United States at a standstill since June, the mechanism for reimposing sanctions, known as ‘snapback,’ has been triggered.
