The Shopping Del Rey Lottery Store, located in the Caiçara neighborhood in the Northwest Region of Belo Horizonte, proves that the popular saying is not entirely correct. This is because three group bets made at the store matched the quina numbers in the Mega-Sena draw 2918, which took place on Tuesday night (23) in São Paulo.

According to details from Caixa Econômica Federal, the three winning bets consist of eight numbers (a ticket that costs R$168) and have 12 shares each, with a prize of R$139,394.28 (each pool).

In addition to the three group bets, four individual bets – three from BH and one from Montes Claros – also matched the quina numbers in Minas Gerais. In these cases, the lucky winners played a simple game, costing R$6, and will receive R$46,464.77 each. The deadline to claim the prize is 90 days.

The main prize rolled over and could pay out R$54 million on Thursday (25). The numbers drawn were: 11 – 27 – 31 – 41 – 48 – 54.
