Trump’s War Against BRICS

Analysts have always described Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as an example of how to navigate current geopolitics by maintaining relationships with all major international players, such as Americans, Russians, Chinese, and Europeans. He had managed to avoid the scrutiny and criticism that many other leaders faced for their foreign policies. However, in a surprising turn of events, Modi, along with other BRICS members, has now become a target of President Trump’s attacks. Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa – the BRICS countries – have all been subjected to Trump’s ire, despite their efforts to engage with the US positively.
