Zakharova: Ukrainian Attack on CPC Proves Existence of Terrorist Cell in Europe

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that the attack by Ukrainian unmanned boats on the infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) in Novorossiysk proves the existence of a terrorist cell in Europe. According to Zakharova, a well-funded international terrorist cell has been formed in the heart of Europe with massive supplies of weapons and political support from Western countries. Russia has initiated a special operation in Ukraine due to this threat. The Russian side intends to inform all international platforms about the terrorist act, Zakharova added.
