The 2025 ‘Bay Rises Bright Moon’ Greater Bay Area Film and Music Gala has been officially announced to take place on September 28, 2025, the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, at the China Macau Galaxy Variety Hall. The theme continues with ‘Bay Rises Bright Moon, Milky Way on Earth,’ with this year’s slogan being ‘Embark on a New Journey Together, Fulfilling the Starry Promise,’ focusing on the four-year cultural cooperation achievements of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The event is organized by the Film Channel Media Center, in collaboration with the Boxwood Culture Group and other authoritative institutions. The live broadcast platform is expected to be CCTV-6 Film Channel, Phoenix Television, Guangdong Television, and mainstream video platforms.
