25 Banks and Insurance Offices Set Up in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh Capital

In Amaravati, the new capital of Andhra Pradesh, the central economic branch minister Nirmala Seetharaman inaugurated the establishment of 25 banks and main offices of government financial institutions. Chief Minister Chandrababu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and ministers Lokesh and Narayana were present at the event. Farmers, agricultural workers, women, and locals participated in the program. A total of 15 banks and insurance head offices were set up. These include State Bank of India, UBI, Canara Bank, AP Gramin Bank, IDBI, Indian Overseas Bank, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, LIC, and NABARD.
