In Afghanistan today, a powerful 6.3-magnitude earthquake struck, shaking buildings in the Hindu Kush mountain range region of Pul-e-Alam in Logar province, with a depth of 28 kilometers. The earthquake, recorded at a magnitude of 6.3 Richter scale, caused buildings to tremble. Many people were forced to evacuate their homes, fearing aftershocks. However, details on casualties from this earthquake are still not available. Last August 31st, a 6.0-magnitude earthquake in Afghanistan claimed the lives of over 2,200 people.
