In order to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Brimob Indonesian National Police Corps, the Brimob Polda Jatim unit, in collaboration with Indonesian Free Fighting (TBI), organized the 2025 Indonesian Free Fighting Regional Championship. The Dansat Brimob Jatim Trophy was held at the BLK Muncar Banyuwangi building from October 31 to November 2, 2025. Kombes Suryo Sudarmadi, the Dansat Brimob Polda Jatim, stated that the event was attended by hundreds of martial artists from various districts and cities in East Java, ranging from junior to senior categories. ‘The championship, themed Achieving Indonesian Achievements Through Integrity and Sportsmanship, is part of the series of activities for the 80th anniversary of the Brimob Corps, aimed at fostering sportsmanship, integrity, and achievement among the younger generation,’ said Suryo in a statement on Monday (11/3/2025).
