Edappadi Palanisamy, the Chief Minister, has issued a statement announcing the removal of former minister Chengottaiyan from his position. In the statement, it is mentioned that ‘Mr. K.A. Chengottaiyan, MLA, who holds positions in the party organization as well as in the Erode Urban District party organization, is being removed from his positions today.’ This decision marks a significant change in the party’s leadership.
