‘Anything goes’: Chief of Odete Roitman case shares details of scene with Debora Bloch and bets on the killer’s name

In ‘Gossips’: Investigators in the death of Odete Roitman in ‘Anything Goes’ steal the scene and win over social networks. The web gathers ‘clues’ about Odete Roitman’s death: shots on the wall, lady in the elevator, gun without a silencer. ‘The guy from the street market said: ‘You didn’t tell anyone!’, ‘People were surprised. I didn’t even have time to tell my mother, I just focused on what I had to do.’ With social networks, I realized the dimension of what I got into,’ said the 59-year-old Pernambuco-born actor, living in São Paulo for over 20 years, who hadn’t left the house until lunchtime on Wednesday. With over 30 years of career, Claudio was invited for the role by the author, Manuela Dias, and the artistic director, Paulo Silvestrini, in this final stretch. He started filming on Wednesday (1st) and finished on Saturday (4). The first scene was a dialogue in the police station. Right after, he went to the ‘room’ where Odete was dead. He was surprised to see the body of Debora herself, with whom he had crossed paths in other works, ‘bloody’, fallen. Behind the scenes of ‘Anything Goes’ in 1988, See images taken by the newspaper’s photojournalists. ‘It was a very impactful thing. When I entered the studio, Debora was there, on the floor, and then in a morgue bag. Every now and then, she would move her leg, because it would get numb, but her disposition is impressive. At the end of the scene, she was applauded in the entire studio,’ Claudio said, emphasizing that it was the actress herself in the van. ‘The director closed the black bag, the hands (shown in the video) are Paulo Silvestrini’s.’ Despite being assigned to the most talked-about case of the year, Claudio is not Mauro and says he is ‘dizzy with so many possibilities’ of names who could have committed the crime. Like the rest of the cast, he has no idea of the killer’s identity, but has his guesses. ‘I’m between Aunt Celina (Malu Galli) and Marco Aurelio (Alexandre Nero).’ And if the killer is none of the five suspects? ‘Then it’s the butler, right? I met with Luis Salem (who plays Eugenio) and said, ‘The butler is the culprit.’ Whether he discovers the killer’s identity or not, Claudio can already say that 2025 was a successful year. In addition to Mauro, he was part of two other productions, ‘Guerreiros do Sol,’ on Globoplay, and ‘Pssica,’ on Netflix, both highly praised by critics. In the latter, he portrays a landowner who traffics and abuses minors.
