Argument between Meditation Couple Leads to Physical Altercation; Husband Involved in Domestic Violence

In the realm of meditation, family counseling sessions and motivational classes, well-known meditation couple Mario Joseph Philokalia and Gigi Mario are engaged in a dispute. The wife alleges assault, leading to a police case being filed against her husband.

Mario Joseph Philokalia, 47, and his wife Gigi Maria Joseph, both residents of Turk House in Mooringoor Divan’s Sneha Nagar, have been involved in a disagreement. Following the alleged assault by the husband, Gigi Maria Joseph filed a complaint with the Chalakudy police.

The couple, who have been estranged for nine months due to work-related issues, also claimed that the husband physically assaulted her by grabbing her hair and striking the head. This complaint led to a police case being registered against Mario Joseph Philokalia.

In an event on October 25, Gigi visited her husband’s home in Vaikittu to resolve issues. During the ensuing conversation, allegations of assault were made by the wife against her husband.

The wife claims that the husband assaulted her by slamming a set-top box on her head, grabbing her by the hair, and twisting her head. Gigi Maria Joseph filed a complaint with the police on November 1st, leading to the commencement of an investigation by the Chalakudy police.
